Welcome to Guided Minds Futures Wheel sessions ("Service"), provided by Guided Minds ("we", "us", or "our"). This Governing Law and Dispute Resolution policy outlines the legal framework that governs our Service and the procedure for resolving disputes.

1. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

This choice of jurisdiction applies regardless of where you are located, or from where you use or access the Service.

2. Dispute Resolution

We aim to address your concerns without needing a formal legal case. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution.

In the event of a dispute, you and Guided Minds agree to resolve any claims related to these terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth under Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate below.

3. Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate

Either you or Guided Minds may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies for hearing by such a court.

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

4. Arbitration Process

The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator, whose decision will be final and binding, except for a limited right of appeal under the International Arbitration Act (for international disputes) or the NSW Commercial Arbitration Act (for domestic disputes).

The arbitration will take place in New South Wales, Australia or another mutually agreed location.

5. Judicial Forum for Disputes

In the event that the agreement to arbitrate is found not to apply to you or your claim, you and Guided Minds agree that any judicial proceedings will be brought in the federal or state courts of New South Wales, Australia, and both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.
