User Conduct and Responsibilities for Guided Minds Futures Wheel sessions

Introduction

Welcome to Guided Minds Futures Wheel sessions ("Service"), provided by Guided Minds ("we", "us", or "our"). This User Conduct and Responsibilities policy outlines the standards and responsibilities expected of you while using our Service.

All users (including both facilitators and non-registered participants that access the companion app through the unique session URL or QR code) are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the Service:

  • No Harassment or Abuse: Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users is strictly prohibited.

  • No Spamming: Sending unsolicited promotions or advertisements is not allowed.

  • No Hacking or Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means is forbidden.

3. Content Responsibilities

When creating or modify content, all users (including both facilitators and non-registered participants that access the companion app through the unique session URL or QR code) are responsible for the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they submit or share on the Service.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: Users must respect intellectual property rights and avoid infringing on the rights of others.

  • Confidentiality: Users must not share confidential information that they should reasonably expect other users may not otherwise have access to. Additionally, given any users that receive your session’s unique URL or QR code could potentially view responses from other participants in your session, users should take care not to share confidential information, even if the users reasonably expects all known session participants may already have access to the confidential information.

4. Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords and unique session links and QR codes. Users should report any unauthorized use of their account or any other breaches of security.

5. Consequences of Violating These Policies

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including but not limited to account suspension, termination, and legal action.
